HYCRASH - software to quickly consider sheet metal hardening effects in collision analysis
Research shows that the stamping of parts has a great impact on the collision results. Due to the high cost of model establishment and analysis and the cumbersome process of loading the collision model with stamping results, the stamping effect has not been widely used in the development of actual vehicle models, and Hycrash makes this application possible.
HYCRASH software is a software developed by Japan's JSOL Company to quickly consider sheet metal hardening effects. It has the following characteristics:
1. Hycrash software can quickly and easily complete the hardening effect analysis of stamping products.
2. Only the model structure and material parameters are needed, and there is no need for molds, molding conditions and blank information required for stamping analysis.
3. In terms of calculation cost, it is 300 to 400 times faster than the LS-DYNA stamping analysis method.
4. The analysis accuracy is almost the same as the LS-DYNA stamping analysis results. There is not much difference, and it does not affect the application in collision analysis.
